Ich habe Probleme mit der Montage der "Lüfterriemenscheibe" an meiner Kurbelwelle.
Es gibt eine Schraube 24mm und eine Unterlegscheibe (konisch schätze ich).
Bei meiner Route hat sich die Kurbelwellenschraube gelöst (ich vermute Vibrationen und blockierter/trockener Viskolüfter), die Riemenscheibe mit Lüfter hat sich gelöst und die Unterlegscheibe ist verloren gegangen. Teilenummer habe ich nicht.
Beim Mercedes-Service in Frankreich wissen sie nicht viel über alte Mercedes-Lkw.
Ich habe eine neue Schraube gekauft, weil die Originalschraube verformt war (das Filet). Eine neue Schraube, die ich bei Mercedes gekauft habe, hat die Filetierung auf der gesamten Länge der Schraube - nicht wie die Originalschraube, aber vielleicht ist sie sogar noch besser, weil der Zustand der inneren Filetierung in der Kurbelwelle auch nicht mehr so neu ist - daher glaube ich, dass eine längere Filetierung stärker ist .
Ich brauche diese Teilenummer für Unterlegschreibe. Außerdem muss ich im Moment wissen um diese Kurbellwelleschreibe zu fluten.
Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich Angst, den Lüfter an der Kurbelwelle zu montieren, weil er schwer ist und viele Vibrationen macht und die Schraube belastet.
Ich überlege immer mehr, einen nicht originalen Elektrolüfter in den Kühler einzubauen und zusätzliche Spannungen für die Kurbenwelleschraube durch den Einbau eines originalen Visco-Lüfters zu vermeiden. Temperaturen sollten kein Problem sein (LKW hat zwei Thermostate - bei Bedarf kann ich einen oder beide ausbauen) und elektrische 24-V-Ventilatoren sind heutzutage stark, vielleicht etwas zu laut.
kann mir jemand helfen, das benötigte Teil (Unterlegschreibe) und den genauen Moment zum Festziehen der Schraube zu finden.
Hinweis: Ich habe es bereits einmal behoben und das gleiche Problem ist mir nach 80 km passiert (ich denke, das Fehlen dieser Unterlegscheibe ist wirklich kritisch für Vibrationen), weil ich nicht wusste, dass Unterlegschreibe fehlt, da auf der 7zap-Seite nur die Teilenummer für vorhanden ist diese Schraube aber nicht für die Unterschenkelscheibe.
Ich bin mit meinem LKW in Frankreich schon 3 Jahre gestapelt. Jeder hier sagt mir, ich solle den Motor wechseln, aber das ist keine Option, weil es nicht einfach ist, einen solchen Motor zu finden, und dieser Motor läuft auch wirklich ruhig, es ist "nur" das Lüfterproblem am Ende.

There is a bolt 24mm and Unterlegscheibe (conical i guess).
On my route the crankschaft screw released (i guess vibrations and blocked/dry visco fan) , the pulley with fan felt of and the unterlegscheibe got lost. I dont have part number.
In mercedes service in France they dont know a lot about old Mercedes trucks.
I bought new schraube because the original one was deformed (the filletage). new schraube which I bought in mercedes has the filletage on the all lenght of the schraube - not like original one, but perhaps its even better because the condition of inner filletage inside crankschaft is also not as new - so I believe longer filletage is more strong.
I need that part number for unterlegschreibe. Also I need to know the moment to tide this kurbellwelleschreibe.
To be honest , I am affraid to mount the ventilator to crankschaft because its heavy and makes lot of vibrations and stress the schraube.
I am more and more thinking to install non original electric ventilator to the cooler and prevent adittional stress for kurbenwelleschraube by mounting original visco fan. Temperatures should not be a problem (truck has two thermostats - if needed i can dismount one or both) and 24V electric ventilators nowadays are strong, maybe just bit too laud.
can anyone help me to find needed part (underlegschreibe) and the exact moment to tight the screw.
note: i already fixed it once and the same problem happened to me after 80km (i think absence of that underlegscheibe is really critical for vibrations), because i did not know that there is unterlegschreibe missing as on 7zap page there is only part number for that screw but not for that underlegsheibe.
I am stacked with my truck in France allready 3 years. Everybody here tells me to change engine, but that is not option because to find engine like that is not easy, and also this motor runs really smooth,its "just" that ventilator problem at the end.
