I think your problem could be an electronic problem with the EHR (in englisch load sensing?) : Do you have the EHR system?
In the forum you can find many posts with "EHR-Problem".
also there is a good homepage: https://www.winci.de/ but also not in english
Here in Germany you would go to an authorised dealer, which has an EHR-check-set.
I would say:
Look at the electric cables and the connectors.
Look at the external push buttons (perhaps disconnect would help).
Sometimes the "Kraftmessbolzen" (force measuring sensor) is damaged or the cable of the sensor is broken.
I can see here in the forum a lot of posts and help.
My MB-Trac has no EHR and so I am not a specialist for this problem.
